Instructions how to register on Gnecsis.
Please visit the Gnecsis link above to access the student information system to register an account. All first time visitors must follow this process. Once an account is created, in the future the process will be shorter.
Scroll down and register an account
Select the correct application form "Lifelong learning registration form" (The Application tab has a dropdown option)
Complete all the required information.
Select "Next" to move to the next field.
You can save anytime and log in again to complete the application.

Please ensure to complete the two boxes at the bottom of the page. Sometimes they do not appear at first load but just come back and complete it.

Select Save as draft if you need to complete more information, or select Submit Application.
Please note the banking details appear on this page and also on the email that will follow the submission.
A confirmation page will appear once you submit the application.
You will also receive an email that your application was submitted.
You can log in to Gnecsis anytime to review your application. Use the username and password you created.
