Instructions about how to register as Participant

This page will give you detailed instructions on how to register as a participant for any of the 4 modules.

All registration will take place on Gnecsis, to visit the site please select the button below.

Please visit the Gnecsis link above to access the student information system to register an account and as participant.

Scroll down and register an account

Select the correct application form "V-COS Module Participant Form" (The Application tab has a dropdown option)

Complete all the required information.

Select "Next" to move to the next field.

You can save anytime and log in again to complete the application.

Please select the box to confirm your details.

You can save the application as a draft and come back later and complete and submit the application.

A confirmation page will appear once you submit the application.

You will also receive an email that your application was submitted.

You can log in to Gnecsis anytime to review your application. Use the username and password you created.
